I can hear the next door neighbors stereo beating against the wall several times a day. It wanes me up twice a night. I have told the apartment people on several occasions and still all they do is send letters. It persists! On more than one occasion I receive letters on my door stating that someone has been robbed out in the parking lot. Also, it is common to see windows broken out of cars. The carpet is old and appears dirty even after sweeping. And, after all of this, they raise the rent tremendously every year to resign while lowering it for new tenants.

Stay away from Lake Castleton at all costs!! They may seem cheaper at first, but the old adage goes, you get what you pay for.

we love it at Lake Castleton they have been great to us. You treat them with respect they wil treat you that way. they have been great to us

It seems that not everyone has the neighbors I have. When the walls move, waking me up from the bass, and the office does nothing, it seems they do not have respect for the tenants. All they do is send letters then raise the rent tremendously every year despite the situation with the economy.

I have lived here for almost a year and can't wait to leave due to the noise issue! I can hear every peep and the walls are so thin that if a person sneezes it will wake you up!! When the staff is notified they do nothing for the issue! This is why I am leaving this apartment community!!
