I moved into Lake Castleton about 8 months ago and it's been a complete nightmare. Lots of noise from nieghbors, lots of violence and drug problems. Expensive equipment are constantly being stolen from vehicles and apartments have been broken into. There also have been several armed robberies. It has a large ------- American community and it's growing.

You have valid arguments that are negated when you state the race after mentioning negative aspects. It is great to mention the noise and keep in mind they only send a letter o correct this issue. The way to correct this is to get a large group of residents willing to move and demanding their money back with legal representation.

Today they passed out these letters again and this time it states ways to prevent crime. It seems as though they think it is our fault because it states how we can change. Why do we need to change the way to walk to the car? The only thing we need to change is our residence. We all need to get together and file a petition to move, leeting us out of our lease, with legal representation.

all i know is i lived here in 1994 and we did not have hardly any ------ here and it was a nice place now when i moved back here in 2005 (im still here) there is nothing but ------ and -------- living 20 to an apartment and the crime is crazy- they let anyone live here

I really hate the fact that every time something happens society wants to point the finger to --------- or ------- americans. GET it together the reality of the fact is that WHITE PEOPLE commit just as many crimes and actually more that the other mentioned races but WHITE PEOPLE only like to comment on what the next person does.If you have been in these apartments since 2005 how stupid are you. I do not live in these apartments but the point is maybe if you get a better education you will not sound so ignorant and can afford a NICER place. I am pretty sure you knew how it was before you moved there because those apartments have been run down for a while, and it is probably the WHITE TRAILER TRASH selling the most drugs in the apartments, and you are probably just upset right now because you haven't had your daily fix before going to work at your low paying job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish you cowards were bold enough to put your names on here, and I could definitely show you how WRONG you are about "black" people. Well, you definitely just made his point there, nice job. Way to perpetuate a stereotype by incinuating a violent threat over the internet. I'm not racist, but isn't it equally as racist to assume that the person commenting is white? Specifically, white trash? Couldn't he be Asian, or Pacific Islander, or Inuit? Sure, there's a greater chance that he's white, but you can't ever be completely sure and doing so makes you sound just as illiterate and stupid.

You are an idiot also... I am not talking about violently show them how wrong they are... I can prove my point with just being me. I am very nice and cordial to those who deserve it. I can show them how wrong they are by simply speaking with them. I am not violent, but I can honestly see why people can become that way. I am not sure what race the author is, but I am sure that he or she is just as ignorant as the poster for 01/13/09. Again, that was not a threat, it was a simple comment on how if they knew me, they would see that "black" people are not always the problem. Many times it's people like those on here, who are the problems. I am sure the 01/13 poster could learn something from this entire forum... shut up!! You have now fallen into the category with the rest of the dummies on here.

Wow. Just wow. This review is so ridiculous that I'm surprised that it's even still up on this website. Hey, you guys, what do you think? Are people start going to get mugged in the White House now that we let a "------- American" in? Apparently that's what happens when people of color are around, according to the reviewer. The diction in that review is also pretty hilarious. For example, "It has a large ------- American community and it's growing." Oooh, scary! You'd think he or she was talking about some kind of radioactive swamp fungus in the lakes, rather than a group of, you know, human beings. The writer of this review is clearly ignorant and, unsurprisingly, not very bright. I just thought I'd take a few minutes to make fun of him or her, though it was almost too easy. BTW, I lived in this apartment complex all through college and had some pretty hellacious upstairs neighbors. They were extremely loud, yelled at one another in the hallway, got arrested twice, and even had one full drug raid when a bunch of plain-clothes police offers took them all away in a big old van. It was the nicest, quietest few days I've ever had at Lake Castleton. And yeah, they were a bunch of rich entitled white kids. So maybe the person who wrote this review should also write about how THAT vile population "is growing." Oh, wait... he or she just says ignorant crap about people of color. I forgot. Silly me!
