I have lived here for 5 months and have had no problem here. Allison brought my package into my apt when I was unable to pick it up at the front office during their regular hours. The repair people are very prompt.
My only problem has been the workout room being open from 7 am to 9 pm. Not happening! I need to work out as my job is teaching gymnastics. My body needs to be physically fit or I can not do my job! If the gym is not open at 7 am like it is supposed to be then I miss my workout or am late for work.
I have called the office several times but to no avail. Nita, the cleaning lady, is very prompt. Always there at 7 am....but when she is off work it doesn't open until 9 am. Duh!

Can the maintenance come into your apt at any time? even without a work order?
