Management treats college grads like little kids. Might as well move in with mom and pops, because the management will make you feel like your in high school all over again only your stuck with steep monthly rent. Other than that Amli at Lake Clearwater is a great place to live.

My boyfriend and I were apt hunting & the mgr here was such a b**ch. She acted snooty about the credit check & kept repeating the "type" of person they profile to live here. we are both professionals who have impeccable credit & were willing to pay for great service & that is what we didn't get the 2nd we walked through that office door. she made assumptions that this was the first time we were ever on our own when we both have lived across the United States since we were out of high school. she acted as if we wouldn't be able to afford it so when she called to check up on us she assumed that the new place was cheaper but it was $200 more than the nicest apt. there. worth it not to have to deal with her. she just doesn't get! Everyone you meet is new, let go of your assumptions.
