I have live dat LC fro a whiel nwo and this once once a calssy, well managed property. The manager is a complete idiot. The leasing office staff is passing otu "AMLI Passes" to people who don't even live here! With the passes they can use the pool,work out center,etc. plus the merchant discounts thatteh card allows. It is anoying to have to wait to use the treadmill when guys that don't live here are using the equipment. Residnets are told not to invite more than one or two guests to the pool or work out room and to never give out the security codes, yet mamagement does it regualarly!!!!
They won't mention it, but nightclub calle dthe Music MIll went in on one end of the complex and is NOISY!!!!!!!!!! The work out room is a mess. Half of the machines are broken in some way and there are no remotes left for the broken televisions that now have no sound. Even after complaints, nothing has been done to rectify the situation. These problems have just began int he last year when the managers and staff changed. As soon as I can afford a house...I am outta here!! Look beyond the cosemtics when shopping for a place at LC....
