I lived in the complex for a year and didnt have much to complain about. I lived on the top floor facing the "lake" and it was relatively quiet. I only had to complain about the neighbor next to me once.

Parking can be an issue if you get home late but I never had to park that far away. I never used the fitness center or pool so I can speak about the condition of those. If you are really serious about working out, you should join an actual gym anyway. Apartment fitness centers are usually horrible.

Compared to what I am paying now in another part of the country, I thought the rent was very reasonable. I guess for Indianapolis it might be a little high. If I didn't hate living in Indiana so much I probably would have renewed my lease.
