Great Experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I just moved in to a one bedroom and I could not be happier with the apartment or the service. Everything looks new and up to date. There were two very nice "welcome baskets" in my place when I moved in AND the staff delivered pizzas to my office after I moved in as a nice gesture. My maintenance request was taken care of the same day I called. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. Have lived in a couple other apartment complexes in this area and Lake Clearwater is the nicest I have seen.
