Families with kids, please, note, the community has no real territory (no walkways, playing ground), there is nothing like parks or playing grounds withing walking distance - just squares of asphalted parking lots, shopping malls and busy roads without pedestrian crossings).
The partitions in the buildings are really like paper, you may even get a note from your neighbour from below if your child is running and jumping in the apartment (and if he/she is healthy and happy he/she will!)
Otherwise the administration is friendly and helpful, the community is clean and safe, the apartments are spacious and light.
If you live on the upper floor with your windows facing the water side and you do not have kids your staying here has every prospect of being peaceful and relaxing.
