I lived at Lake Clearwater for 14 months and would not recommend it to anyone. First off, there is not enough parking. If you end up coming home too late, you have to park on a sideroad or an adjacent commercial lot which looks like Gang Central. Several cars were broken into while I lived there. Also, the acoustics are terrible. I lived on the first level and constantly heard my neigbors TVs, stereos, talking, or just plain walking around. My auto insurance also increased when I moved here from Carmel. They refereced the high traffic and crime in this section of North Indianapolis as being the reason for the increase.
