Lake Piedmont Apartments

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT GO THERE!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I could write a book about how terrible this apartment complex is. I used to live in another local apt and thought they were bad but this place takes the cake. Sure it looks good from the outside but once inside, its a whole other story. The office staff is friendly for the most part except to bother you with petty bs about stuff on your porch. I would think they would worry more about fixing the things that are broke. Well lets see. Maintenance is simply put a joke. They never come when you call....EVER!! The water pipes break on a constant basis, and that other person that said they don't warn u is right too. You might as well buy your own furnace filters because they wont replace anything at all. I have mold growing in my apartment and they have done nothing about it at all. There is duck poop everywhere. No parking is ever available anywhere. Oh wait , maybe 3 blocks from your apartment. The people they let in here is astonishing. Its like mexico in here. Im not prejudiced but i mean come on `10 people in one apartment is a bit much. They have parties at the clubhouse all the time, which would be nice except they should be spending that money on upkeep of the property. Come by and see some of their maintenances handy man work. They cant even build a deck right. I wouldnt lean on one of those or you might fall and break your leg. This apartment complex is the most disgusting, nasty, filthy, and terrible I have ever been. If you are considering this apartment complex because its cheap, you should definitely reconsider!!!!!! Beware of Lake Poopmont!! Oh and don't forget about your drunk neighbors who shoot off guns and steal your cars !! Fun Fun
