i lived there for only 2 months, but that was enough, my apartment was broken into and the bedroom window busted out, it took them over 3 weeks to fix it and then they just put a board in it, i had to rent something else in the meantime, the spa never worked, and the pool was out most of the time!!

Yes, the spa never works. For me, that was a huge incentive too. After two years I was in it ONCE for only a few minutes- there was far too much chlorine and everyone had to get out.
