There are way too many 'Section 8' tenants in this community who do not respect their property or the property of others. They have absolutely no control of their children. The grounds are full of trash, the children / teenagers hangout in front all hours of the night running, screaming, playing, bouncing balls, etc... The place is gradually turning into an unsafe & unpleasant environment because of lack of enforcement by leasing office management. I would not recommend this complex if you are looking for a nice QUIET family environment.

thanks for the heads-up...they look nice from the outside and aren't they new construction? I certainly didn't know section 8 was allowed. Too bad...looks like a nice place. I don't want to sign on to any problems..
