They are very poorly made even though they look nice. I haven't even lived her for a year and I have had to call the security officer between 8 and 10 times at least and the police between 6 and 8 times because there is a guy that lives two stories above me that doesn't give a sh** about anybody but himself and he likes to play his music loud all the time and yell outside on his balcony at all hours of the night. And the office/management won't do anything but send a letter telling him to be quiet. And I have had to go to the office to make sure they made a report because the security officer doesn't make a report sometimes and he doesn't answer your calls. And i have told the office/management that the letter are not working and I have made them aware of what their lease says (the lease says 1st time letter, 2nd time verbally warning, 3rd time eviction) and it is completly obvious that they don't even go by their own lease.
