Rude disrespectful staff pushed my buttons

I dont live at the complex thank GOD!!!
I acually went to inquire about a two bedroom apartment or townhome. A particular staff completely ignored me. She sat on her cell phone having a personal conversation that lasted well over ten minutes. Wheres the professionality. I have never experienced such a rude staff team. NO one said Hi once or asked if Id been helped.
I ended up leaving because if I had stayed any longer I would of been in a patrol car, and she would been....you take a guess.
