Nice size, nice price

I have lived at Lakes of Georgetown since they opened. I like my apartment it's the nicest community by far in this area. There have been some bad neighbors here and there but they generally don't seem to live here for long anyway. I think the office staff and maintenance are friendly and personable. The floorplans are nice although a little more room could be allowed for a better dining area. Overall I would have to recommend them if you're looking to live in this area.
