HATED IT !!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I have lived here since the community has be renting. I can say for the first 2 years it was wonderful,(no complaints), however now that they obviously except Section 8 it has been nothing but a bunch of getto a$$ kids and folks all over the complex. The maintence lacks work, the complex don't clean carpet after each year and there is no no (I mean no parking spots at time. The is the biggest issue with complex, they don't assign spaces (which should)since your residents have more then enough drivers they stays within 1 unit. In case your wondering yes i have moved out,
