I have really enjoyed living here, but in the end it is just too expensive. I was surprised that there was no renewal incentive. The staff assured me that the rent would not go up. A friend in another complex nearby got $1,000 credit card to spend anyway they wanted when they resigned! My balcony overlooks the park which is OUT OF CONTROL! The children that play in that park are very mean and yell obscene words at the top of their lungs. I would never let my child play out there. The other children don't even stop when adults are present.
Staff has been very friendly and I love my apartment. I wish it was a little cheaper and I could have a dog here. Other than that, things were fine.
