i have had a horrible time at lakes of windsor. the management is inconsiderate and will make you pay for repairing each and every thing after you move out.
I am being made to pay for repainting the whole inteior - 2 coats of paint, replacing the whole carpet ($1000) and replacing 2 doors and 2 jabs. I have been a decent neighbor and have never had such trouble in my past. This is absolute insanity. I will obviously have to seek legal counsel as a means of being able to get some justice.
Please be aware before you sign up at this place.
