Complex is kept in great shape. Maintanence staff is very easy to reach & regular staff is very friendly. Great social gatherings every few months. Parking is not always good, but at worst you have to park 100ft away from your door. Getting onto 82nd street not always easy but usually takes less than 1 minute of waiting. Very safe complex -- no problems leaving the top down over night!
