I LIVED THERE FOR 1 1/2 YRS AND AT THE TIME I THOUGHT THAT THE MANAGMENT WAS TO PICKY BUT NOW I LIVE AT THE COTTAGES OF FALL CREEK AND THIS IS BAD CRIME AND DRUGS, I WOULD KILL TO GO BACK TO LAKESHORE IT IS CLEAN. YOU MAY HAVE A FEW NEIGHBORS THAT THROW A PARTY FROM TIME TO TIME BUT THAT WAS IT AND THE GROUNDS WERE ALWAYS VERY WELL KEPT.WE NEEDED MORE SPACE. IF THEY ONLY HAD 3 BEDROOM APT I WOULD GO BACK IN A HEART BEAT. IT'S ALL ABOUT SAFETY NOW DAYS AND I FELT SAFE THERE AND I AM A MALE..NEVER ANY CRIME..
