Lakeshore is very overpriced for the apartment you are getting. It is a nightmare to try to get out of anytime, especially at rush hour. Forget getting a parking place after 10pm or on the weekends. the only problem I had with maintence is they tore my kitchen floor when moving in a new fridge. Overall, if you are under 23 and looking for a party, hook up etc. this is the [;ace for you!
