Could be better, could be worse From: SlightlyFrustrated Date posted: 2/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I've lived here for about 6 months. I got a great deal on my apartment and I love my place. My neighbors are pretty quiet, not too much trouble with parking. Office staff is nice, but communication between the office staff and maintenance is a nightmare! Beware - there is no 24-hour, 48-hour, nor even a week guarantee on your maintenance issues. Every time I have needed maintenance for something, it takes me at least two phone calls to the office over a period of at least a week, sometimes longer. Beware!
