It's expensive, but aesthetically, very nice, and is conveniently located near everything interesting on the northside. The community is beginning to age, but maintenance is good about making pretty quick repairs. Office staff is not perfect, but definitely better than any I've experienced elsewhere. Would recommend to others (and have). They do need more parking for people with roommates. Its also a very safe place to live.
