The people in the office were always nice and helpful but I suppose the turnover rate is high b/c I hardly ever saw the same person twice. The maintenance men were very nice and responded quickly when there was a problem. Make sure you ask for an apt with new carpet which will make your place not have that 'old apt smell'. Very nice, very affordable!
