i rarely had any problems in the year i lived at lakeshore. nobody in my building was very loud except for a little yappy dog on the first floor. the only maintenance request i had was on my refrigerator and they just replaced the whole thing. rent was a bit much but it was worth it b/c i felt safe and i had my own washer/dryer. my only complaints were that parking was horrible-forget coming in late and getting a parking space near your apartment. also the fitness room kinda sucked. all in all, a very good experience.
