My boyfriend and I have lived here almost a year and we absolutely intend on renewing our lease whe it comes up. We've only had one maintenance issue when my key broke off in the door when it was cold outside and somone was there in less than 15 minutes to fix it! All of are neighbors are friendly and the grounds are always well kept up on. We especially love our lake view! Regualar neighborhood patrol presence make us feel very safe too.
