I have made 3-4 phone calls in asking for a phone call back as my dryer does not work. It takes 3 cycles for a half load of laundry to dry. I leave my work & cell number but no one ever calls me back and my dryer has been broken for 5 months now. When I moved in I was told that all of the appliances were new which is not the case. The property manager, corey, has been very hard to work with and very unfair.

Try this for size....go to the leasing office and ask him about it!!! They're open 7 days a week for the entire day! My W/D was old too, but I got a brand new one in no time after reporting the problem.
