Staff was very unprofessional

I went into Lakeshore sometime in Feb. 06 looking for a 2 bedroom. Nobody acknowledge that I even walked in for about a minute. The girl that showed me around never asked for any information from me, even my NAME!! She did not even smile once and knew very little about the property. I loved the apartment but the staff was very unpleasant!
