Overall experience has been pleasant. Though I don't look for a "fun" atmosphere in my residence. I never heard my neighbors through the walls, though I lived on the top floor, so I can't speak to what my neighbors below heard from me. Repairs were made quickly. It was both good and bad to be in the heart of Castleton. Forget about making a left turn out of the complex before 1AM, traffic is seriously an issue on 82nd and there is no alternate entrance/exit with a stop light.
