I've lived here for 1 year with no major complaints except for a majorly outdated kitchen (and they refuse to replace the dishwasher even though it barely works and continue to claim they've "fixed" it). One big issue though is customer appreciation. They upped the price to renew my lease by over $50 since last year on a 2 bdrm. I guess the lesson learned is if you move here be prepared to pay significantly more each year to stay. Me...I'm out! On to bigger cheaper places. They're out there...reccommend you look for one too!
