OK, but definitely could be better!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Apartments are very clean, but very small for the price you pay. They are very quiet aparments. Maintence is sometimes very quick to come and other times it can take them weeks. Not very much closet space. Kitchen is very small. Nice to have full size washer dryer. Ladybug problem, but I think that's normal everywhere. That's about it!
