I lived here for two years, and will soon be moving out. The unit I had was a pretty good one. The floorplan was spacious and I had ample room for my furniture. I never had any issues with appliances, so I guess I was lucky in that sense. The problems I had while living here were with the other residents. There seem to be a high percentage of college age or very recent college graduates living here, and they act and live as if they are still on campus. My unit was near 82nd Street, and if the only noise I heard was the street traffic (not bad), I was estatic. Hearing loud music from midnight to 4 AM was a regular occurance even on weeknights. The staff was generally apathetic towards the many calls they would receive from me and other frustrated residents. One particular night some partiers across the way spent the night throwing beer bottles, beer cases, cans, shelving, furniture, clothes, and kitchenware out in the parking lot until about 3 AM. Despite a visit from the police, the management staff did nothing as the same people pulled the same antics the next weekend. The peeping tom continues to be an problem in the area as I've heard numerous stories from random residents about him.
