I am a 22 year old male that has lived at Lakeshore for 3 weeks now. I had read all the reviews and checked most places in the NE/Fishers area before choosing Lakeshore. This was actually the last place I looked and the one I liked the most. The atmosphere is great and management could not have been more helpful. They worked with me on every level to make sure my new apartment would fit my needs and be ready for me. Just like you may have read the only real negatives about this community is the parking (never more then 4 spots away from my front door however) and the traffic/exit (Depending on what time it is hard to turn left). I read a lot about bad residents and parties. Trust me, this is a great community and I could not be happier.
The apartment that I moved into looks brand new except for some appliances. It is very spacious and everyone I have taken to see it is jealous of the bathroom, bedroom, and closet space. Having a W/D in the unit is very convenient. It is great to be between the two major malls and have everything close by. Rent is not bad considering all you get for it. I feel very safe here and love my new apartment.
