I would describe this place as the frehsman dorms of young professionals new to Indy.

I say this because everyone here is fresh out of college, single, and always ready to party. Its a great place to meet new people if your new to indy. During the summer there are huge pool parties and my neighbors even have kegs sometimes at the pool! I mean its not a like a frat house or anything and is usually pretty quiet but there are always some groups of partiers around depending on who your neighbors are.

As for the negatives, there arent really any unless your married or have kids. Parking and traffic is fine despite what u read. Clean apts and very safe. Office staff is nice to.
