I am unhappy with the office staff. I can not believe how they act, they treat you as if you are annoying them when I as a tenant, am part of the reason you have a job. I renewed my lease because I love the location of the apartments and I don't have to deal with the office much but I see why a lot of people are moving out. They are slow to fix things you have to call two or three times. The manager of the apartments is a one of the worst I have ever seen. He's not involved, and by the time the staff briefs him it's too late because as a tenant your upset. Being a successful manager is also knowing people and how to deal with all types, then the property could really be something. It start with who's at the head. I like my apartment and the location but one more run in with the office staff and they will not have to worry I'll be gone as well they may not miss me but they will miss my money. I am not leaving my name I am not crazy I do have to live there.
