The management is abent minded and has lost my check on a few occasions and tried to bill me for late rent. If you complain they try to write a letter to pacify you and not resolve the problem. Per square footage they are extremely overpiced and ameneties such as the pool and the lake are overated.

My last year was a total nightmare since they did construction for 6 months of it and didn't compensate or apologise to residents.
