Having lived in several apartments at other states, I found this place to be a mess, even worse than some college apartments. My hallway is always filled beer cans, beer bottles andwhat not, and they're not always empty. That speaks about the people who live here, very noisy and party-centric, which would have been fine during my college days but not when you have a full time job! The dumpsters are overfilled every time I see it. You would think they would have more dumpsters for this big complex. Also my electricity bill was off the wall during the winter months. In my previous apartments it never got so high. I suspect either the apartment or the electricity company are doing something fishy. I am familiar with several apartments nearby including Autumn Woods and Woodbridge, and they look more promising for the buck. I regret not choosing one of them over this place. But my lease is about to end and I have already started looking for another apartment.
