This place is great for the young professional, as the whole complex seems full of mostly young people. It gets a little crazy in the summer out by the pool and volleyball courts (beer cans and the occasional drunk fool, and a little loud), but other than that its a nice place to live.
The staff is kind and helpful, and I haven't had any problem with maintenance, although the appliances are a little out-dated.
The big downfall of Lakeshore is that the apartments are small and over-priced. Its a great location, but there are apartments just as nice if not nicer nearby and cheaper. Also, if you own a pet the rates are a lot higher than other places.
