DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Huge fire, assaults, robberies and TERRIBLE management. Over $200 charge for late payment on rent. You do not want to live here!!! Repainting has taken over a year...hope your car doesn't get sprayed if you move in. Every neighbor indicates they wish they had not signed. The change in management has turned this place into the ghetto. Landscape is great from 82nd street but disgusting past the entrance. Getting out ASAP

I would say the improvements in the community look very good- Not sure why that would be bad- I must not be your neighbor because I'm glad I did sign here- the management has always seemed attentive to me and the leasing people are friendly- $200 late fee sounds stange, not sure whats in your lease but that isnt in mine? The landscaping for the most part looks very nice along 82nd street (of course)and for the most part looks pretty good in my area- Sounds like anonymous forgot to pay their rent-

You might want to work on reading more carefully..."$200 charge for late payment on rent"...that indicates I forgot to pay rent. But thanks for trying.

I also live there and late fees are based on which day you are late. My leasing consultant went over that with me when I signed at move in and also each time I renewed. Did you not read your lease and how late were you?! As for the work, its been annoying, but worth it. Especially the interior hall stuff, so much more light. And love the dog park.
