Filthy Hallways - should be condemned!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The ceiling plaster in the hall of my building was soaking wet and finally collapsed, and management did nothing!

Tehre was a hole in the roof of my balcony, adn the "attic" area had families of squirrels living in it!

Other than that, it was fine! LOL!
