Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
They signed a lease few month ago. I visit them many times - I can say there no worse place to live in Indianapolis: ugly, dirty, unsafe, if something in appartment doesn't working don't hope they will fix it, but you will still have to pay full rent - itn't it stupid: you get 50% of service but you have to pay 100%' Why all people so patient' That's why all American economy is going down. Nobody is care anymore.
