Poorly maintain Apartment for North Side Location

Need major improvement. Staff should be more customer friendly. Location is great. Apartments are not well maintain. Maintenance is slow to responds to work request/problems from tenants. Upon moving in, apartment has a very bad paint job. Not clean properly.Overall the apartment SUCK!!!

NOT RECOMMENDED....NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!!! PLEASE...
