I will point out both the positive and negatives about Lake Nora.

Positives:
My apartment is quite large, and really cheap for this side of town. The inside of my apartment is well maintained. Maintenance has always fixed things within a few days after I have called. I used to hate my fridge, it was a non-frost free one. I just got a new fridge, no more defrosting! I love my patio, I have planted my own flowers and it is beautiful. I have a great view of the lake from my patio. The lake is definately my most favorite thing about Lake Nora.

Negatives:
The property is old and needs some repairs. A lot of shutters are missing. The gate along 91st street was torn down a few years ago, and for a long time nothing was put up to stop cars from driving over the grass. They finally put a bunch of big rocks along the grass, this has at least stopped people from driving over the grass. I don't understand why they didn't just put up a new fence' The tennis courts are in poor condition and never used. My hallway is getting a little shabby. It could definately use a new coat of paint. The office staff seem to be changing all the time. They always are nice, but I would like to see the same faces when I go to pay my rent.
