I am no longer a resident at LakeSide Pointe at Nora but I did reside there for 4 years. When I first moved into Lake Nora Apts (LakeSide Pointe) it wasn't all that bad. The only real complaint I can recall that I had was the maintenance services. They were terrible and they always left a mess after completing a half-ass job. The grounds were quiet and there wasn't any real crime that I can remember. It was pleasant going home after a long day.

Nowadays, it is not the ideal place to raise children. The apartment complex is very ran down to say the least. A lot of uneducated riff-raff call LakeSide Pointe their home. If you want your children in a clean, proper environment this is not the place to do it in!! Crime does happen on a regular basis. Strange dirty people walk the streets at night time and you will see your regular dumpster-divers. Lots of gang graffiti on walls. Drug dealers in the complex and neighboring complexes! LOUD stereos at all times of night. Someone went as far as setting the club house on fire! This place is total HOOD!!! Even their so called "stocked lake" in their advertisement is BS!! Check for yourself. The lake is stocked with TRASH! It's very dirty and I guarantee you won't be catching any fish in it. The list goes on and on... If your poor uneducated trash like the people that live their now then-- MOVE RIGHT IN!! WELCOME HOME!!
Seriously, LakeSide Pointe is a dump! The only thing they keep up on is keeping the landscape tidy. Other than that, don't waste your time and money!!
