Or you were caught up in dire need for a place and were deceived by staff. This is one of the worst of the worst in Indianapolis by far. It has been owned by several companies and everyone got rid of it because of it's bad condition. All they ever fix up is the clubhouse. The apartments are run down and in need of major repair. The upper floors are creaky and extremely noisy and if you live below, you'll never have a moments peace or sleep if the upper is a night worker or comes home in the night. The utilities are huge and the apartments are cold and uncomfortable. The fixtures are original and the appliances are ugly and don't work properly. The ceiling units are extremely noisy and inefficient. They wake you up every time they come on at night and you have to turn up the tv if you are listening to it as it drowns it out. The patio doors are impossible to see out as the glass is fogged with moisture and they won't replace them if you ask. As a matter of fact, they won't repair anything because maintenance doesn't know how or have to come back a dozen times to finally repair it. My building sewers backed up 18 times in 3 years and they refused to repair it causing sewage to back up in my bathtub and run out under the toilet and flooded my floors, carpet and common hall floors. They would never replace the carpet or the common hall carpet. The common hall floor drain overflows and floods my apartment and carpet and the adjoining apartment. The Board of Health has done nothing to make them repair the problem so you will have to live with sewage or move out. You must report problems many times before you get the problem taken care of. The laundry facilities are all filthy and unsanitary and never get cleaned and they take your money most of the time. Staff will not help you with problems as they don't care about your need or what you pay for outrageous rent since they got bonuses for rentals and you are the victims. What can I say more to make you go somewhere else' If you don't believe your eyes as you read this then I guess you will have to suffer the results.

this person is NOT lieing AT ALL, especially about maintenance. You seriously have to call and report your problem multiple times before anyone comes out to handle it. I will not be renewing my lease come January.

Ditto. Ditto. Ditto. God, I wish I had read this site before I moved in. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The only thing I can add is that my girlfriend's license plate was stolen, and somone stole my garden, just uprooted it and took the plants, all of them. Also, there are a bunch of Burmese refugees living here now, which makes it even nastier. They don't clean themselves or apartments. I looked in their door once, and saw 4 roaches. They put their kids in dumpsters to get stuff.
