When I first moved there we HATED it, it was dirty, and trashy, but the floor plans were great! We live in a town house, w/ washer/dryer connections. We moved from out of state so truly didnt know the area. I wouldnt say we were tricked into it, we knew it was low-rent, but I didnt know it was this trashy.
However, the company was bought out and now there is a whole new crew running the place. Things seem to have stepped up alot! The manager is nice, they have fixed any issue I have had. From expierence if you don't report an issue right away, then it will only get worse, and yea sometimes you do have to call back several times, but it will eventually get taken care of.
My kitchen was nasty so they replaced THE WHOLE THING! We got BRAND NEW countertops and cabinets. The contractors are comeing out monday to replace the ceiling and floor. In the time that I have lived there the maintenance have replaced my WHOLE kitchen (included garbage disposal), both my bathroom sinks, reglazed my tub, fixed my stairs, replaced all my locks (they weren't in good condition), and the whole time did it with complete curtousey and kindness.
I was here for a couple months with the old owners, and I really think these new guys are going to make a big difference. They already have in our apartment! They just need to get all the undesirables out of there!
