I wish I had gone to this site before I signed my lease. It would have helped steer me away from this dump. I advise prospective renters to look elsewhere for a place to stay. Sure the rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for. I have lived here for a year and it has been one headache after another. I can't wait to leave. In fact, I don't look forward to going home at night. Some of the problems I've had include getting my tires slashed. I wasn't the only one. About a dozen cars had their tires slashed one night. When the incident was brought up to management, they could have cared less. There response was you signed a lease and we'll see you in court if you try to move. There is graffiti and trash everywhere and the kids run wild with no supervision. The neighbors blast their stereos at all hours. If you call and complain there is little effort from management to address the situation. Once they have your signature on the lease they could care less about you. Also the laundry facilities are disgusting. I went to one when I first moved in and turned right around and went to a laundry mat. It was extremely dirty and not well kept. So take my advice and stay away from here.

I agree, The few laundry locations they had were HORRIBLE!!! How could you clean your clothes in such filth? 1 out of ever 5th machine actually worked. The dryers that did work cost more than i would normally pay at my laundrymat and they didn't dry my clothes. PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T RENT FROM HERE. My first couple of months here I was happy. I wanted to leave a good review for the apartment complex but I told myself to wait because I hadn't been there long enough to judge. Now, I have been here for about 7mths and I hate it. PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS POSTER AND STAY AWAY. I have a few months left until my lease is up and I will leave my full review then. Still giving them time to try and change my mind. At least from negative to neutral.
