I moved to Indy from out of state and really needed a place and depended on apartments.com to find that place for me. Please drive around and look don't rely on these sites.

Here my car was broken into 2xs. I had items stolen off my patio. I had chipmunks and mice constantly crawl into my unit and the staff never did anything about it. They allowed me to go Christmas holiday with NO water. My last few months I had to fiight them to get hot water. The summer i moved in my AC didn't work and they refused to fix that. I had to call a friend of mine out to take care of it. The walls are thin so you can smell and hear anything that goes on in your neighbors unit. The staff is rude. I had a constant water leak in my kitchen and I was told my maintnace they weren't going to fix it becuase it would take to long (WTF!) Spencer the property manager is the worst of all. He refused to give me any of my $635 deposit back because I didn't give them 30 day notice that I wasn't going to renew my lease. I called the staff and asked them if they could do a walk through and no one told me about a 30 day notice then. Then they were leaving notes on my door I was never told then either. I always paid my rent at LEAST a week before it was due. Who would renew their lease with all of these problems' Stay OUT! That free month rent they give you...they just add another month to your lease. And now and day more apartments give you this special. Don't let that fool you. I was always nice to the staff even though they allowed me to live in such conditions. Now I am seeking legal help on getting what is mine. Pot holes in the streets, overflowing garbage, ill raised neighborhood kids (not all but many).
