My year at this complex was nothing but one trouble after another. I was so happy to finally leave there when my lease was up. These negative reviews are very accurate and you should heed their advice and look elsewhere. I didn't investigate and went with the price and location when choosing to live there. It was a mistake I regretted every night I spent there. For starters, the manager of the property could care less about you once you've signed the lease. One night my car was vandalized along with several of my neighbors. The grounds are littered with trash and debris. The apartments themselves have thin walls and you can hear your neighbor walk across their floor. Which leads to music and tv's being heard at all hours. At night you can also hear people racing in the complex. The laundry facilities are terrible and very dirty. I had a window that never opened and the air conditioner barely worked. This place will just make you very angry and you will get even angrier when the manager blows off your concerns. I thought this would be a decent place, but i was wrong. Don't make the mistake I did.

You are very right about the manager Spencer James. He told the maintance staff not to fix my leak bc it was too time consuming. So they didn't do anything about it until my whole kitchen flooded. Then I had to call several times about my water not running hot. When I finally told them I wanted to just call a plumber they connected me to Spencer who said he would send someone out. I got home and was happy to have hot water. I called the next day to thank him. Instead of a simple "your welcome" or "no problem" he told me "well, they saw nothing wrong with your water. i don't know what your complaint was" So for a month I had no hot water then all the sudden I speak with the property manager and the problem is resolved. Am I really suppose to think that is a conicidence? Even in the end they were rude. I should have called the board of health and file police reports for all the issues I had but I tried to be nice to them. I hate to be one to complain thinking in the end it will all work out but it didn't. I will soon be contacting Greystone about this location.
