Do not move here. The apartments have constant flooding problems. Maintenance and upkeep is at the bottom of the managers "to do" list. The roofs are in poor condition and the ceilings leak, even in the bottom level apartments. Management does not care when there are serious and life threatening maintenance concerns. Mold literaly grows up the walls, inside and out. Safety is a concern due to poor lighting outside. A murder actually occured here. Furnaces do not operate properly. The wiring was altered to fix the problem and caused smoldering in the apartment and the fire department had to respond. They waited over 2 hours for someone from maintenance to arrive and then finally left when nobody showed up. Nosiey neighbors and kids playing in the hallways was always a problem. Office staff are rude and often say there is nothing they can do. They will prohibit you from talking to the owners of the complex at every attempt.
